The cost of shipping is calculated at the time of checkout via the shopping cart.  All of our products are shipped through Australia Post unless previously organised.

Express Post is the default for Australian deliveries and tracked Airmail for overseas deliveries.  The padded bag option for Australian and overseas deliveries isn’t tracked.

In the case a package is lost or damaged in transit, Hanson Electronics is not responsible for replacing the order. Details of the lost shipment will need to be forwarded to the shipping agent for a claim.

In the case of international shipments, any duties and taxes are at the cost of the customer.  Hanson Electronics is not responsible for any extra charges once the original package has been shipped.
